A Colchester based shipping company has scooped
an international award for outstanding customer service.
Wallis Shipping was presented with the award, from
the global based organisation Security cargo Network,
at a ceremony in Los Angeles.
The company triumphed over entrants from 37 other
countries to get the award, which recognises its speed
of response to enquiries, accuracy of documentation
and the way it handles shipments across the world.
Managing director of Wallis Shipping, Stuart gregory,
said: "This is a real honour and we are all delighted
at Wallis Shipping. I am very proud of the people
who work here for the dedication they show to the
company and our customers. The proof is this magnificent
award which now has pride of place in our reception."
Security Cargo Network is an international organisation
of shipping agents, which reviews shipment and safety
issues. It also brings together firms from all over
the world and is a leading networking body.
